Fruit smoothie: Quick, Easy, Delicious and Nutritious
For a smooth start to your day try this ultra-easy breakfast drink. This is a great smoothie consisting of fruit, fresh whole milk and ice. I like to use whatever fresh fruits I crave that day. Any kind of berry, mangoes, papayas, kiwi fruit, e.t.c make a great smoothie. Experiment with your favorites!
Fruit smoothie Recipe
Fruit smoothie. Great for the kids as well. The end result was almost 1.25 liters of smoothie.
Ingredients
2 bananas,
2 bananas,
1 avocado,
1/2 liter milk,
1/2 beetroot,
1 mango.
Method
Blend all of the ingredients in a food processor until smooth and well combined. Serve with crushed ice.
(Use liquid according to how thick you like it)
