Meatballs, baked potatoes with spinach

This is a very versatile dish. Here’s the recipe for this soothing dish that tastes wonderful warm or at room temperature. Enjoy, all!

Meatballs, baked potatoes with spinach recipe

Ingredients

Meatballs
Onions
Potatoes
Tomatoes
Salt (to taste)
Black pepper
1 cup of water
2 - 3 table spoon Olive oil
Tomato paste
Spinach
White pepper (optional)

Steps in preparation

Place your meatballs on your baking tray as shown in the picture below


Place the onions on the meatballs (ring shape)


Place the potatoes (peeled and cleaned and well sliced)


Mix tomato paste, salt, black pepper, enough water in some olive oil 2 to 3 table spoon.

 

Place the tomatoes (cut into half’s). Add the tomato paste mixture and cover with foil (aluminum).


Put in a pre-heated oven and cook until ready. Remove the foil and scoop the gravy aside. Let them dry.


Should be like as shown in the picture below after drying. Peel off the tomatoes.


Steam aside your spinach with onion and white pepper.
