STUFFED PORK

Ingredients
4 pork chops, 200 gram each with pocket
200 gram boiled potatoes
200 minced onion
Salt
Pepper
Paprika powder
Clear corn liquor
2 table spoon oil
1 tea spoon ground marjoram
1 onion
Method of preparation |

Wash and dry the chops. |
Peel and dice the potatoes. Knead the potatoes with the minced onion and add salt, pepper, paprika powder and the corn liquor. |
Stuff the chops with the mixture. Close the pockets with toothpicks. |
Mix the oil with the herbs and spread it all over the chops. Grill for about 8 minutes on each side. |
Peel and dice the onion and sprinkle it over the finished chops. Serve immediately. |
