Chili Meatballs

Chili Meatballs Recipe
Ingredients
500 gram mixed minced meat
2 tea spoon coriander powder
Salt
Pepper
Sugar
1 egg
1 table spoon corn flour
3 dried mushrooms
1 red chili
2 cloves of garlic
150 gram canned bamboo shoots
1 bottle of chili sauce
Method of preparation |

Spice the minced meat with the coriander powder, salt, pepper and sugar. Knead the egg and the corn flour with the minced meat. |
Pour boiling water over the mushrooms and let them soften in it for about 10 minutes. |
Cut the chili in half, wash it and dice. |
Peel the cloves of garlic and press them. Strain the liquid from the bamboo shoots, shake off the excess liquid and cut them into fine pieces. |
Strain the liquid from the mushrooms, press them dry and cut them into fine strips. Knead the prepared ingredients with the minced meat and shape it into small balls. |
Put the chili meatballs onto skewers and grill them onto the barbecue for 12 minutes until they are brown and cooked on every side. |
Arrange the chili meatballs on the chili sauce, garnish and serve. |
