Turn completed dough onto a lightly floured surface. Divide into 6 equal pieces then roll each piece into a circle 5 inches in a diameter. Alternatively, you may wish to roll out all the dough to a 2/3 inch thickness and cut out 6 rounds of dough with a 5 inch pastry cutter. This will give them a more uniform shape.
Place buns on a greased baking tray, cover with a clean towel and allow to rise for 20 minutes. Brush with milk, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake in a preheated oven at 400°F for 10 minutes then reduce heat to 180°C and cook for a further 15 minutes or until they are 10 golden and sound hollow when tapped.
Assemble the burgers with a combination of burger pattie, salad, cheese pickles, fried egg and ketchup.
