Recipe for prawns
Ingredients
Oil, for deep-frying
Flour
chilli powder
Royco
Prawns
Lemon juice
Dedicated coconut
Method of preparation
Heat the oil.
In a bowl mix Royco, chilli powder and lemon together with prawns
Coat prawns with flour and the eggs lastly fold them with the dedicated coconut
Then deep-fry in batches; cook for a minute or two until they are nice and crispy. Remove excess oil by draining on kitchen paper.
