CHEESEBURGER

Method of preparation

Cut 100 gram of Gouda cheese into small cubes, knead with 500 gram of mixed minced meat, 1 cubed onion, 1 egg, 2 table spoon of breadcrumbs, salt, pepper and paprika powder. Make four burgers out of this and cook on the grill for about 6 minutes on each side. Cut 4 hamburger buns in half and toast them. Then place 1 lettuce leaf, 1 burger, some of the tomato slices and 1 slices of cheese on the tomato slices and 1 slices of cheese on the bottom halves of the burns. Cover with the upper halves of the burns and serve immediately.
