CHEESY CHICKEN POTATO CUTLET RECIPE


INGREDIENTS
250 grams boneless chicken boiled and shredded
250 grams potatoes boiled and mashed
4 crushed green chilies
Handful of chopped coriander leaves
1/2 tsp. full pepper powder
1/2 cup of shredded cheese (optional)
Salt to taste
1 egg
Vermicilli or (seviyan)

METHOD
In a bowl mix boiled and shredded chicken pieces mashed potatoes crushed green chilies chopped coriander leaves pepper powder cheese (optional) and salt well
Wet hands scoop out a ball of chicken potato mixture make round and flat cutlets of around 1/4 inch thickness
Break 1 egg in a flat dish season it with red chili powder and salt beat well
Dip the cutlets 1 by 1 in the egg mixture coat well from both the sides
Then coat it with crushed vermicilli or seviyan pressing gently from both the sides’ shallow fry over medium heat till golden brown
Serve with tomato sauce and mint chutney
