Simple and delicious recipe for rosemary-kissed roasted red potatoes.
Ingredients
➲Irish Potatoes (red skinned)
➲Salt & Pepper
➲Dried Rosemary
➲Garlic Powder
➲Regular Oil
➲Paprika
➲Turmeric
Method
Peel, wash & Boil the potatoes in slightly salted water for 8 mins (no longer) strain the Potatoes return o the pot cover with the lid and give the potatoes a good shake (rough them up, this will help them to crisp up nicely) in a large mixing bowl mix oil, salt, pepper, Rosemary, paprika, garlic powder, turmeric and stir to combine everything add the potatoes and mix with your hands to coat all the potatoes, line a baking tray with parchment paper and spread out the potatoes and bake in a medium heat oven for 25 mins turn the potatoes after that time and cook again for a further 25 mins until golden & crispy.
