STUFFED MUSHROOMS
These delicious mushrooms taste just like restaurant-style stuffed mushrooms and are most guy's absolute favorite.

Cooking time: 5 minutes
Ingredients
500 gram fresh mushrooms or large cultivated mushrooms with brown tops
200 gram boiled potatoes
1 onion
1 table spoon butter
150 gram boiled ham
200 gram mozzarella
Salt
Pepper
½ sprig of parsley olive oil for spreading
Method of preparation |

Dry the mushrooms with a dry cloth. Cut out the stalks and chop finely. |
Cut the potatoes into small cubes. Peel and dice the onions. Heat the butter and fry the diced onions in it for about 2 minutes. Also dice the boiled ham and the mozzarella. Mix all the diced ingredients and spice with salt and pepper. |
Wash the parsley, dry it and chop finely. Then mix it together with the chopped mushroom stalk and stuffing. |
Put the stuffing into the mushrooms and spread olive oil over them. Grill the mushroom for about 5 minutes. |
