Ingredients:
Spinach,
two eggs,
onions,
chilies (optional)
butter
Steps of preparation.
Melt a bit of butter
Fry the onions and chilies (optional) in the butter
Add a spice if you like, I added garlic powder
Add in the spinach once the onions are cooked
Once cooked remove and set aside
Crack the eggs and beat ready to cook
Cook or fry the eggs
Lay out the egg and add the spinach on top
