These are normally made using chicken wings, but i have opted to use the thighs, the system and the method is the same.
Ingredients
Chicken thighs.........2 pcs
Soy sauce.................2 table spoon
Chili powder.............1/2 tea spoon
Salt to taste
Eggs........................1 pc
Flour.........................2 table spoon
Garlic powder...........3 cloves [crushed]
breadcrumbs......................1/4 cup
Method
You cut the chicken from down where you see the handle, then push the meat upwards and turn it inside out then marinate the chicken by mixing soy sauce, chili powder, garlic and salt. Then dust with flour and then dip in a beaten eggs and finally coat with breadcrumbs before frying to a golden brown.
