Spicy chicken recipe
Ingredients
1 kilo gram chicken1 teaspoon soy.
1 teaspoon oyster sauce.
1 teaspoon cumin seeds.
1 teaspoon coriander.
1 teaspoon tandoori masala.
1 teaspoon Spanish paprika.
Sage.
Thyme.
Salt to taste.
Fresh rosemary.
Fresh lemon juice.
Ginger.
Garlic paste.
Butter/Blue-band.
Chili sauce (optional).
Spring onions.
Method
Marinate your chicken with soy sauce teaspoon, oyster sauce teaspoon, cumin seeds, coriander, tandoori masala, salt, sage, thyme, Spanish paprika, fresh rosemary, fresh lemon juice, ginger, and garlic paste. Mix a teaspoon or less especially strong spice like cumin put half teaspoon.
Mix all and add a little water then thoroughly coat the chicken and wrap tightly then refrigerate for at least 3 hrs or more.
Then bake at 180 degrees for one and a half hours turning the chicken at 45 mins and draining the juices.
Once fully cooked take a pan put some BUTTER not oil butter but if you have no butter you can instead use blue-band. Melt it and add garlic mix well, add tomato ketchup and chili sauce again mix.
Put your grilled chicken in and mix till well coated.
Chop some spring onions mix and serve.
