I really love this idea, they look so great! I am always trying to find healthier ways to do things and this is a great twist on the classic potato chip.

Ingredients
Potatoes.
Salty water
Crisps cutter.

Method
Peel potatoes.
Using a crisps cutter or mandolin cut the potatoes into crisps.
Let them soak in salty water for 10 minutes then rinse them and drain water under sieve and pat dry them.
Deep fry to slight golden fry
