Lemon Zest(Flavored) Mandazi

Lemons are a great natural remedy for a variety of ailments and help out many bodily functions. They are often used on dishes and salads to provide flavor and zest. Warm lemon water is gaining a lot of popularity and for good reasons.

Lemons are often used in detox diets because of their ability to aid in digestion, clean the system, and flush out unwanted toxins from the body. Lemons are high in pectin fiber, which absorbs water and flushes it out of your system, which helps you lose weight.
