Easy, Delicious And Healthy Orange Cake Recipe for Dessert
This cake is so moist and an explosion of orange flavor! It is also perfect for people who are gluten - and lactose intolerant. This orange cake is so easy to make, I am sure it will become part of your repertoire.
The best thing about this cake is it’s easy to make. All you have to do is to grab your spoons, cups and mixing bowl and a hand beater and within no time, the cake is done. I know everyone loves making simple cakes and this cake is easy and has no fuss.

➠Butter 1 stick or 8 Tablespoons of Margarine
➠1 cup of Regular Sugar (you can also use granulated sugar)
➠2 cups of all-purpose flour
➠3 eggs
➠1 Cup of Fresh Orange Juice (around 5-6 medium sized fresh oranges)
➠½ Tsp Salt
➠2 tsp Baking Powder
➠1 tsp Orange rind (outer skin of an orange)
➮Put your sugar and margarine or (butter) in a bowl. I used regular sugar but you can also use granulated sugar. Mix together until creamy.

Orange Cake Recipe
This cake is sumptuous! It’s a great cake to make when you are bored and you have extra oranges.
Ingredients
➠1 cup of Regular Sugar (you can also use granulated sugar)
➠2 cups of all-purpose flour
➠3 eggs
➠1 Cup of Fresh Orange Juice (around 5-6 medium sized fresh oranges)
➠½ Tsp Salt
➠2 tsp Baking Powder
➠1 tsp Orange rind (outer skin of an orange)
Directions
➮Get the fresh oranges and extract the juice. Take the fresh juice and keep it aside. Meanwhile, preheat your oven to 180⁰C (350⁰F), grease and flour your baking pan.➮Put your sugar and margarine or (butter) in a bowl. I used regular sugar but you can also use granulated sugar. Mix together until creamy.
➮Add the three eggs and mix again until fluffy and creamy.
➮Next, add the flour, 2 Tsp of baking powder and salt. In case, you are using margarine which is usually salty omit the salt.
➮Finally, add in 1 cup of fresh orange juice to the batter and fold slightly. The batter should be spongy and fluffy not loose or runny. So, when adding the orange juice, add accordingly until you get the right consistency. You might need to add a little more or less.
➮You batter should be ready now; fluffy and creamy.
➮Lastly, fold in the orange rind.
➮Bake your cake in preheated oven at 180⁰C for 30 to 35 minutes or until done.
Serve warm and enjoy
