BBQ CHICKEN SANDWICH

NEED A SNACK TO CARRY TO WORK/SCHOOL OR JUST PACK SOMETHING HEALTHY AND DELICIOUS FOR THE LITTLE ONES. TRY THIS ONE IT WILL NEVER FAIL YOU.

INGREDIENTS
Bun Cut into two - BROWN OR WHITE
1/2 Kg Boneless Chicken
1 big chopped - Onion
A few cloves of Garlic chopped
2 tsp. Paprika powder
2 tsp. Barbecue sauce
Salt to taste
2 tsp. Pepper
Cheese slice
1/4 cup Tomato Puree
3 tsp. Olive oil
1/2 cup Water

DIRECTIONS
In a frying pan add the olive oil and onions let the onions cook until golden brown, then add the chicken (which of course you have chopped into pieces stir well and let it cook for 3-5 minutes add the tomato puree, barbecue sauce, pepper, and enough salt then gently mix with the chicken let it cook for another 5 minutes, but keep stirring to avoid burning your food, then add water and stir more let it cook for 20-25 minutes.

After your chicken is cooked remove it from the sauce, cool it and pull the pieces apart then put it back into the sauce and cook it again, add the remaining barbecue sauce remaining to the sauce and chicken pieces. Then let the chicken cook to absorb all that sauce, then add your paprika powder and salt in need be.

On one side of your bun place a slice of the cheese and place the chicken mix on the other side, and place your buns together and there you have your sandwich. Yummy and healthy
