METHOD
Boil Beef until almost cooked/ until all the water has dried up. Add a little oil to the Beef and fry turning occasionally until browned. Add the chopped Tomatoes, Onions, Green Bell Pepper and toss around in the pan until the Tomatoes have cooked but the green Bell Pepper is still crunchy.

Boil Beef until almost cooked/ until all the water has dried up. Add a little oil to the Beef and fry turning occasionally until browned. Add the chopped Tomatoes, Onions, Green Bell Pepper and toss around in the pan until the Tomatoes have cooked but the green Bell Pepper is still crunchy.
Sprinkle Salt and Chili flakes if using. Cook a few more minutes and remove from heat. Cook Shell Pasta in boiling water with Salt and oil added to it. Once almost cooked, drain and run through cold water. Add the Shell Pasta into the pan with the Beef and mix together
Return to heat and toss a few minutes so the Shell Pasta can infuse with the Beef and Veggie flavor. Serve hot
