Ingredients
Minced meat (1/4 kg)Garlic (3 cloves crushed)
Onions (4 pieces chopped)
Breadcrumbs (1/4 cup)
Eggs (2 eggs)
Tomatoes (3 pieces)
Oil
Chilies (2 pieces)
Black pepper (1.4 tea spoon)
Salt to taste
Maggi cubes (2 pieces) *optional
Tomato paste (1 tea spoon)
METHOD OF PREPARATION
Mix the minced meat with onions, garlic and black pepper. add egg and breadcrumbs, the reason we are adding the two is to bind the meat together.
