MACARONI RECIPE

A quick family dinner to satisfy your hunger that everyone will love, this macaroni can also be made with vegetables macaroni and cheese, macaroni salad, and more!

Ingredients
180 g macaroni
15 g carrots
15 g zucchini
15 g spring onions
25 g tomatoes
3 clove garlic
2 chicken cubes
salt and pepper to taste

METHOD  
Cook macaroni till tender, drain and pass through cold running water. Sauté vegetables and add the chicken cubes and a little water if its dry. Add macaroni and season with salt and pepper and cook for 10 minutes. Sprinkle some coriander leaves on top.
