Crockpot Indian chicken Recipe
Sauce: Ingredients
1/2 cup chopped onions.
3 garlic cloves (cut 1 half).
1/2 tsp. Fresh ginger.
1/2 can petite diced tomatoes.
1 cup hot water.
1/2 tsp. salt.
1/4 tsp. white pepper.
1 tsp garam masala.
1/2 tsp curry powder.
1/2 paprika.

Method
Sauté the onions until light brown then add everything in order. Let it boil before adding the seasoning. Boil on medium for about 30min.

Then pour into a pre sprayed crockpot.
Add:
1/2 can coconut milk
1/2 cup finely diced onion
Add 3 pre-cut chicken Breasts.

Cook on low for 4 hours. Or high for 2 1/2 hours.
Serve with white rice (I made it with cauliflower rice)
