This super healthy Juice is very common. The alliance of Ginger, lemon/Lime and pineapple is not only cordial but appetizing.
This juice is a blend of spicy, tangy, sweet and tart: The Ginger adds sharp spicy flavor, the Lemon adds the tangy taste while the Pineapple adds its own sweet and Tart taste to the Juice and this combination is definitely suitable for any season of the year that is why you can make this juice as a warming winter Juice or as a thirst quenching summer drink.
Traditionally, Lemons are usually used in this recipe but I used both Lemon and Lime in this recipe. Feel free to use only Lemons if that is what you have and Limes only works as well in the absence of Lemons.
Lemon and Ginger support the immune system by aiding the elimination of Toxins and the Tangy Pineapple coupled with both the Lemon and Ginger also help to aid digestion and it’s also good for weight loss (when accompanied by good eating practices).
LEMON GINGER PINEAPPLE JUICE RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
☛200g of ginger
☛600g of pineapple
☛1 lemon
☛1 lime
☛3 Cups of water at room temp.
☛5 Cups of hot water
☛Sweetener to taste

INSTRUCTIONS
⏩Wash and peel the Ginger and cut it up into chunks.
⏩Peel and remove the core of the Pineapple and cut into chunks as well.
⏩Blend the Ginger and Pineapple with 2 Cups of Water.
⏩Strain the blended Ginger and Pineapple with a fine mesh and rinse out the leftover pulp with an additional one cup of water.
⏩Squeeze in the Lemon and Lime juice and add your choice of sweetener together with the 5 Cups of hot water.
⏩Leave to chill in the Fridge for a couple of hours before serving. Enjoy!
